I tried to stay as close to your preferred March dates as possible, while providing you a 5–7-night sailing. I also focused on staying with in midship to help reduce the possibility of sea sickness. However, midship was not available for every stateroom category.
If you and Angela would prefer different room categories, that can be accommodated. I can modify to have the different room type be on the same deck, and keep them as close as possible. Doing that may alter the price slightly. Please note that room type of a different category will often not have the option of connecting rooms. With the cruise sail date being further out, new promotions or special offers may be announced. If so, I will automatically apply those saving to your stay! Saving you both time and money.
IMPORTANT:The quotes provided do not include any port excursions, gratuity, or pre-arrival cost such as hotels and parking fees. The quote also does not include travel protection. The cost of travel protection will very per stateroom category. Once you determine which stateroom, you’d prefer I can gather the additional information for the travel protection.
The Booking Process:
When you are ready to booking your cruise, please contact me. I will place your preferred packages on hold (normally 3 days), and send over a verification email for you to review and confirm. Initial deposit will be due at time of booking. Please note, prices and availability are subject to change until initial payment has been made.

Here’s a quick peak of how we remove the stress of planning your vacation and allow you to focus on the fun! We of course will help you book your sailing, but we take it a step further and assist you every step of the way!
Advanced Reservations: Depending upon you Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club Membership level, you will be eligible for advance dining reservations for exclusive dining and on board activities. Your Travel Advisor will be up at 12am EST trying to snag your preferred reservations so you do have too! Please note that we cannot guarantee dining reservations for your top picks. However, often we are able to snag a reservations before the start of our clients vacation.
Ongoing Discount Monitoring: Throughout the year, Disney Cruise Line will sometimes release new promotional deals that could be applied to existing reservations. If such a deal does occur, we will automatically apply those saving to your vacation package and save you money!
App Set-Up and Training: This app has become a must have tool for your sailing! The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app puts helpful features and important onboard information in the palm of your hand through your smart phone or tablet. We offer a one-on-one zoom training session to all of our clients to ensure that they feel comfortable with the app prior to their sailing.
Special Request: To help our clients experience the most magical sailing possible, we will tailor their stay to meet their unique travel needs. We will contact Disney Cruise Line and make special request on behalf of our clients, saving them hours on the phone with Disney Cruise Line.
Pre-Arrival Hotel Stays- Get the vacation started even earlier! We strongly recommend our client arrive a day prior to sail date. We are happy to help our clients find a hotel near their port of arrival for convenience. Some port locations offer fun and exciting attraction to take advantage of prior to sail!
Airport Flights and Transportation- Getting to the port on time is one of the most important steps of your vacation. For our guest that choose to fly, we are happy to assist with finding the right flights and airport transportation for you and your travel party.
IMPORTANT: Disney Cruise Line does not allow Travel Agent to complete the online check in process for their clients. We are able to help you prepare for the check in process, and send you important reminders.
