Magic Starts with a Wave of the Wand
I would like to start off by saying thank you for considering Wave of the Wand Travel for your Walt Disney World vacation. For your vacation, I want to bring in as much magic as possible! I have done research on multiple resort packages, and I have chosen some options that I believe will provide you and your family an incredible stay. And also, stay within a reasonable budget that will allow you to spend more time in the parks or on extra experiences! Let’s review your package options!
Special Offers: At this time, Disney World has not released any special offers or package discounts for your selected travel dates. If Disney World releases new offers, I will try to get the offer applied to your stay! At this time, Disney is offering a 2025 promo that gives all Disney World Resort guest free water park tickets that can be used on guests hotel arrival day.

Weather Predictions
The weather around this time of year is on the warmer side ranging from low 60’s to mid 70’s, cold fronts can be common.

Refurbishment Calendar
Throughout the year Disney will need to close attractions for routine maintenance. To avoid the heartbreak of discovering your must-do attraction is closed during your stay, we recommend taking a look at the refurb calendar.

Disney Dining Plan
Dining plans can add the convenience and flexibility of prepaid meals and snacks to your vacation—and give you peace of mind of not going over budget. There are more than 200 locations to dine at throughout our Disney Resort hotels, theme parks and select locations at Disney Springs. One of our complimentary service include advanced dining reservations. We will be up bright and early at 5:30am EST, 60 days before your arrival date making your reservations.
Dining plans have not been added to the packages below, and will be an additional cost if you wish to have it added to your package. There are two plans to choose from:

For families on the go all day, this is a fast and easy meal plan option—especially when you have little ones in tow.
With the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan you can dine at a variety of Quick-Service locations when you’re ready to stop and enjoy a casual meal. Just order at a counter or register and then find a seat—no dining reservations required!

For example, if you book a 4-night package with a Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, each Guest (ages 3 and up) in your party would receive 8 Quick-Service meals and 4 Snacks or Nonalcoholic Beverages—which can be used at any time during your 4-night stay.

Then the Disney Dining Plan is the perfect choice to experience classic dining options at both Quick-Service and Table-Service restaurants, including Character Dining locations.
This option allows you to easily plan meals around your family's schedule: Quick-Service when you’re on the go and Table-Service when you’re ready to savor the moment.

Disney World has a few extras that can be added to your reservation. These items have NOT been included in your package price and will be an additional cost if you decide to add to your package. These add-ons are optional and not required with your package purchase.

This plan covers you and your family for certain unexpected circumstances. The Travel Protection Plan is optional and available for purchase up until payment has been made. The cost of travel protection is non-refundable. If you have additional questions regarding the travel policy you can speak with an insurance agent that will review the policy coverage with you.

Memory Maker is an incredible way to download all the Disney PhotoPass photos and videos you capture throughout Walt Disney World Resort during your vacation—including at select attraction and dining locations. This can be added later, however the price will increase to $199.

Guests with a ticket with Park Hopper benefits will be able to visit another theme park at any time of day during park hours, after entering their first park.
Please note that the ability to visit another park will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations. In the event that the Park Hopper option is unavailable at a theme park, Guests will be notified in real time via a push notification from the My Disney Experience app.
Additional Magical Extras
These magical extras cannot be added to your package directly and will need to be purchased separately. These are completely optional and not required for your park day.

This family resort is a favorite among Disney fans, and for good reason! Disney’s Art of Animation Resort bring animated favorites to a larger-than-life format, creating distinct environments as seen in some of our favorite Disney and Pixar films. The Resort has nearly 2000 family suites with themed room interiors, and standard rooms in The Little Mermaid (non-suite) wing. This resort has a major perk, the Disney Skyliner! Glide across the sky and add an extra dash of pixie dust to your day. This grand, state-of-the-art gondola system conveniently connects Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the International Gateway at Epcot to select Disney Resorts.
Take the plunge in the largest resort pool in Walt Disney World Resort. The Big Blue Pool, inspired by the Disney and Pixar movie Finding Nemo. Disney's Art of Animation Finding Nemo Rooms are actually family suites that will sleep a family of 6 plus one infant under the age of 3. Parents and kids have 565 square feet of space, plenty of privacy, two bathrooms, a mini kitchenette and all the comforts of home. As you walk the hallways to your room, waves of carpeting with tiny bubbles and hidden Mickey's will catch your attention. Woods View | 5th Sleeper
This rooms is 314 square feet and provide two queen-size beds with storage underneath, a fold down child sized bed, a table and two chairs, beverage cooler, coffeemaker, and two sinks. Features include brass bathroom fixtures, hickory-branch bedposts, and quilted bedspreads. Port Orleans Riverside bathrooms are modestly-sized, but larger than bathrooms found in Disney's value resorts. and offer enough storage of four guest.

These room are themed to the Pixar's The Incredibles. Rooms sleeps up to 5 guest. Located in the garden wing of the resort, not the main tower. This can be a bonus for those wanting a little more peace and quiet.

At more than 200 acres, Disney's Caribbean Beach resort is the largest resort on Disney property. Its rooms are divided into five brightly colored villages representing different areas of the Caribbean; Trinidad, Martinique, Barbados, Aruba, and Jamaica. The resort's 45-acre lake is 1.4 miles around and makes for a great walking/jogging track. In the middle of the lake, connected by bridge, is Caribbean Cay island which has a number of secluded spots to sit and relax, as well as a children's play area.
Old Port Royale is the “port of entry” giving guests access to check-in, concierge services, hotel amenities, and dining. Visit Centertown Market for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and Calypso Trading Post for your shopping needs. You can also enjoy a meal at Sebastian’s Bistro, a table service restaurant that offers waterfront dining next to the Banana Cabana outdoor bar and lounge. The main pool and marina are located in this area as well. There are volleyball courts, bike rentals, and even 'movies under the stars' to keep you entertained on those days when you choose to relax at the resort.
This resort is also the main hub for the Disney Skyliner. A new transportation for select Disney Resort guest that connect to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

Standard 5th Sleeper Rooms:
This is a VERY large resort! Allow additional time when heading out to the parks in the morning. Most of the 5th sleeper rooms at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort are in the Aruba and Jamaica section buildings.
The rooms in the Trinidad section of the resort have new special touches that were inspired by the story of The Little Mermaid throughout. I can request a room type through Disney, however request are never guaranteed. Please view both videos to get a better idea of the 5th sleeper accommodations.
Reminder that most buildings at CBR do not offer elevators. If you are on the second level, you will have to use stairs.
Stroller Rentals
Disney World is massive! Navigating the parks can be hard for the little ones without a stroller. Strollers may be a good idea for kiddos under the age of 6. This of course depends on the child, so use your judgement on if a stroller is needed. There are a few options for rentals with in the Orlando area. Let’s review our top recommendations.
Rental Options

Buena Vista provides premium stroller straight to your Disney Resort. I will schedule a drop off and pick-up time for you to receive your stroller rental, you will simply meet the delivery person at the lobby of your resort for pick up and drop off.

Prices
Single Stroller- $13.00-$15.00 per day, Double- $27.00-$31.00 per day
Disney of course offers stroller rental to park guest. The strollers have recently been updated to a new look. However, these strollers are still on the harder side and can be uncomfortable for long periods of time. These stroller cannot leave the park, will need to be returned at the end of the day, and are subject to availability.
Disney Stroller Requirements
Strollers must be 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller. As a reminder, wagons are not permitted in our parks. Stroller wagons will also no longer be permitted. Loose and dry ice is not permitted in our parks.
Airport Transportation Options
There’s a few options to select from when traveling to the most magical place on Earth! We have partnered with MEARS airport transportation helping Disney World guest get to and from their resort safely. You also have the option of using a ride share service like Uber or Lyft if you so choose. Please note that we are unable to help you book ride shares. We recommend that if you go this route to practice using the ride share apps prior to your trip.

Mears Connect is your best airport shuttle solution between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Walt Disney World® Resorts area. Delayed or cancelled flights? When you book Mears Connect, you’ll never be stranded at the airport late evening or early morning. They’ve got you covered & connected, always. Mears Connect services Walt Disney World® Resorts, Disney Springs Resorts and many other Disney area resorts.
No charge if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to scheduled travel time. There is a full charge if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled travel time.

The express service is a round trip, direct service to your resort and back to the airport with limited to no wait time. It does not have a child rate like the standard service does.
Note: Both Standard and Express are shared ride services with other guests onboard your vehicle.
